Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all items are one-of-a-kind and may show minor signs of wear. Any notable flaws will always be clearly described.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including issues related to sizing or fit. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit where possible.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email]. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags still attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will only be issued where an item is significantly misdescribed, damaged, or faulty.
